Ashley graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a BSc Applied Sports Science and also London Metropolitan University with an MSc in Sports Therapy. She has since continued to improve her skill set and knowledge in the field by doing a variety of additional courses, including medical acupuncture/dry needling, KinesioUK 1&2 and Rocktape ‘Beyond Mobility’.
She has a variety of clinic-based and sporting experience, having worked with European Tour golfers, London Irish RFC, England Athletics athletes, Irish Triathletes and with Michael Flatley and his West End show, Lord of the Dance: Dangerous Games. Ashley also works with amateur team, Finsbury Park RFC, who are a local multi-league winning rugby club in the Middlesex tables. When she is not working on trying to fix people, Ashley enjoys snowboarding, the gym and watching Scotland rugby (not often an enjoyable experience!).
